@Hermesparcels Where is my parcel?? It should have been delivered Saturday. It didn’t move from Friday until Monday and since then the tracking keeps changing from ‘at depot’ to ‘out for delivery’ and then back to ‘at depot’!! The chat feature is useless as it’s all automated 🤬

@Hermesparcels I was expecting a parcel on 10th July. The tracking says it was left with a neighbour in 12th but non of my neighbours have it and there is no card/picture showing who has taken it. I’ve had no reply from the sender could you please send me more info?
