This gives Nelson Chamisa a clean break to start either a new movement or a new political party without the usual pressure from his former colleagues.

He can now work with whoever he wants without carrying the MDC baggage that led to this political mess.

From now on, these chaps shouldn’t mention Chamisa’s name anymore, they are now the official opposition that should deliver the expectations of an opposition.

But one thing I can warn them about is that ZANUPF is not yet done with dismantling the opposition, we will see more drama.

Chamisa now needs to publicly announce if he is working with regime moles like Promise Mkwananzi who are using his name and making announcements in his name.
