@MaharjanSamraat Given the struggles of Pokhara in last two season to get consistent runs, it would be wise decision to give him chances. However, he need to work on his technique. Following the footsteps of Rohit could be one move Arjun should try, getting help of the professionals like #patwal.

@NepalPoliceHQ@hello_sarkar
@MaharjanSamraat Long way to go, but Gandaki Province is showing some good signs of the late. Hope they will continue to work on cricket from age level in both mens and women category.
How government officials perform their duty in Nepal? Probably, this screenshot of Eighth multi year plan tells a whole story. All 547 page document have the similar setting. @hello_sarkar@PMONepal@NEPALNPC
@MaharjanSamraat Enough is enough. They lack match fitness, they lack intent, they lack hunger to win. They lack quality to be in national team. This is high time to overhaul the team. We can wait to see the win, but not with this side. We need fresh bloods in team who are game fit. #nepalwomen
Nepal has taken a while to realize that they need attacking spinners in white ball to win the game on flat/good pitches. Yes, Sher has got a bit of mystery as well. Hope they will think about playing him in ODI soon. 4-32 in this tiny ground is a remarkable effort, especially when Lamichhane was belted for 45 runs in 3 overs (Lamichhane bowled too quickly and short today). Probably because of short boundaries.
Sher has done well in the PM CUP and Nepal A games. He has a good temperament as well. He seems to be one of those players who can pick early wickets consistently regardless of the surface. He bowled a bit short (slow as well) in his debut T20i at Wankhede. Not playing Nandan today was actually surprising to me unless he has an injury issue.

Nepal Women have played 43 of their 101 T20Is in the last 18 months. That's good exposure. During this period, we have played in Nepal, Thailand, Malaysia, Rwanda, and Uganda.
Our losses against China, Hong Kong, and Malaysia cannot be blamed on a lack of exposure. We have played against these teams quite regularly, especially Malaysia and Hong Kong. We have a good record against them. Apart from a few youngsters, most of our players are experienced now.
Today we played our third match at Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar Cricket Oval, and yet it didn't seem we adapted to the pitch against slightly better opposition.
We only have ourselves to blame for our batting and bowling performances on this Malaysia tour across the two tournaments. Since 2025, we have dropped more than 20 catches. We have suffered two heavy defeats (by 40+ runs) while chasing targets of 110 or less. We have also lost three close matches while chasing 107 or below. On top of that, we barely managed to beat Malaysia, Uganda, and Rwanda while chasing targets below 90, winning by just 1, 2, and 2 wickets respectively.
We have conceded 10 or more extras in 19 of those 43 matches, including 12 times this year alone.
The team may be under pressure at the moment after missing out on the Asian Games. Our batting away from home has been found wanting. Apart from a few good knocks here and there, we have struggled for consistency.
The players will be hurting just as much as the fans. An honest assessment of our performances is needed. We must reflect on our shortcomings, make tough decisions where necessary, and move forward. The aim is to make the Nepal team better in the future. We cannot fix current issues overnight.
We need longer domestic competitions, better facilities, and more exposure opportunities. However, these are primarily for the next generation, inexperienced players, and those outside the national setup.
Future generations of women's cricketers should not be learning game awareness, reducing extras, boundary fielding, or taking regulation catches at the international level. By the time they reach the senior team, they should already be well-drilled in these basics and arrive as near-finished products.
