ROC compliances, GSTR9 & 9C, belated/revised ITRs all due together.
MCA website not responding only adds to the stress.
This feels completely opposite to the idea of ease of doing business in India.

Kindly extend due date to file GSTR 9 and 9C till Feb 28, 2026. It is practically not possible to complete with many new changes. Only people working on the ground will know. Extend today.

@aarchanay @sudhirgparmar @cbic_india GSTR-9 is a complete mess, we are only doing arithmetical calculations. For each figures inserted in GSTR 9, an excel sheet working is being maintained. And this year due to a new row in GSTR9 & table 8 taking GSTR2B datas, it is taking more time.

There is no harm in extending the due dates of Belated ITR, ROC Filings and GSTR 9 and 9C. There is no loss to the revenue. Kindly reply why extension is not being provided? There is no reason to be adamant about it. @IncomeTaxIndia @cbic_india @FinMinIndia @MCA21India @PMOIndia

The main ask is to make GSTR-9/9C
Subject: Make GST Annual Return (GSTR-9/9C) truly useful – practical system reforms needed

The core issue is not merely the due date. The real need is to make the GST Annual Return (GSTR-9/9C) meaningful, accurate, and user-friendly. For that, the following practical reforms are requested:
1.Auto-populate Table 17 (HSN Summary) in GSTR-9
HSN details are already reported in GSTR-1. Requiring manual re-feeding in annual return makes the form bulky, error-prone, and unproductive. Auto-population will make the annual return actually useful and reliable.
2.Maintain a minimum 15-day gap between GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C due dates
GSTR-9C depends on finalization and reconciliation after GSTR-9. Keeping both due dates are same and that defeats the purpose and forces hurried, incorrect filings.
3.Since these improvements require system changes and time, extend the due date as well
Once the portal/system is improved (especially Table 17 auto-population and rational timelines), taxpayers and professionals will need reasonable time to comply properly. Hence, a suitable date extension is also requested.

These changes will reduce errors, avoid unnecessary litigation, and improve the quality of annual return compliance.

Last Date is 31.12.2025 For These below Deadlines

1) ROC Due Date - Portal not working

2) IT Revised Return Due Date - Orignal ITR not processed, So Revised cannot file

3) Foreign Assets - Even Taxpayer dont know details of ESOP/Stock, Hence not possible to Update

4) GSTR 9/9C - Not yet done due to Date Extend of ITR / Tax Audit, Very less time

अब होना यही है, की असल में कोई भी काम पूरा नहीं होगा और सरकार को पेनल्टी के नाम पर खूब पैसा मिलेगा
