VERY frustrated and highly disappointed with @buybuyBABY. 3 weeks of an unresolved incident status, multiple emails sent to you (with a newborn at home, mind you) all mostly ignored. Regretting spending thousands here. Taking my business elsewhere from now on. @JohnHar06408929
Never buy furniture from @buybuyBABY . A week shy of 14 months post order. “Our computer is down so I can’t check your order” “my manager will call you back” “I’ll call you tomorrow with an update”. I’ve never had a call back. I understand delays, but transparency would be nice
Hey, @buybuyBABY is 21 months long enough to wait for my order to come in? NOT asking for a friend. Asking for me. I could have had 2 more babies in the process of waiting for my completed furniture order… still waiting….

@keith_giles@buybuyBABY True, but then I have a convertible crib without being able to convert it. I tried going through the distributor directly, and third party sellers. Can’t get it anywhere. I’ve spent way too much time trying to get a convertible crib- should not be this hard.
@keith_giles@buybuyBABY Might have to come down to that. Hopefully not. It will cost them a lot of money and time (like I’ve done tracking this down) to come pick up all my other furniture items if I can’t get the last matching piece. I don’t have many regrets in life- buying furniture here is.
@keith_giles@buybuyBABY It’s so frustrating. I’ve given them 14 months- I feel like a reasonable amount of time if you ask me. I regret spending A LOT of money here. Never again. Hopefully I get my furniture before my child moves out in 18 years.
