Not the ideal situation for anybody involved, but it takes a real man to see that regardless of circumstance, the children are innocent and deserving of love.

My view comes not from myself but from natural law and philosophy. We understand the point of marriage and relationships through natural law. You have yet to differentiate between love and lust. What kind of love do you have ? Your framing of the alone vs gay is false. You would not be alone in a littéral sense. Plenty of people have not married but are not alone.
That’s more of an emotional justification for your actions
