I think Labour have won Makerfield.
I do not however think this will help Britain at all.
It’s vital Greens come third above Restore.
I would vote Green, I’ve had enough of Labour.
It's no surprise that Farage and Reform are happy to have a pervy sexist like Rob Kenyon in Makerfield, one of their MPs Danny Kruger doesn't believe that women should have autonomy over their own bodies....
IF YOU HAVE A VOTE IN MAKERFIELD TODAY:
Rob Kenyon CAN VOTE in this by-election because he is a local plumber.
He has a long, documented history of sexist social media posts, including admitting “I’m sexist, sorry but I am” and objectifying women’s bodies while calling English women “fat bellies pushing a pram at 16 in their PJ’s”.
He wants to drag Britain back to the era when that shite was just called “banter”.
He “welcomes” degrading comments about women, transphobic slurs, Covid conspiracies and even engaging with Holocaust deniers on his old accounts.
He does not know what a woman is worth.
He is Farage in hi-vis and overalls. The pervy plumber who thinks Parliament is his next job site.
Please appreciate how important this election is.
Please make the effort to vote ANDY BURNHAM of LABOUR.
The fate of basic decency in this nation is in your hands 🙏 🇬🇧@AndyBurnhamGM
🚨 Makerfield. This is how societies rot from within.
ReformUK candidate Robert Kenyon is a self declared I am sexist sorry but I am misogynist who said women cannot referee drive or give directions, called abortion the cowardly act of murdering a defenceless baby so women can shag anyone they want, and replied to vile sexual abuse of Carol Vorderman with He is only saying what we are all thinking.
No apology. Ever. Even now while begging for your votes.
He will never change if he grabs power.
Populism back door lets toxic characters in. The damage takes years to reverse.
Britain cannot keep getting this wrong.
Do not vote Kenyon.
Do not vote Reform.
Anyone but him.

8 days after the MP Jo Cox was brutally shot and murdered Farage boasted he'd won the Brexit referendum "without a single bullet being fired"
Farage is scum.
Reform UK’s candidate in Makerfield, Robert Kenyon, is branded as "disgraceful" at PMQs.
Of course he is.
A racist, sexist, misogynistic, Russia supporting, fascist traitor.
He's not fit to be in Parliament.
Like his boss.
@Nigel_Farage@reformparty_uk
What excuses will Nigel Farage come up with tomorrow when Reform gets smashed by Labour in Makerfield? Blame Restore Britain? The media? ‘Stolen’ votes?
He’s copying Trump’s playbook. Cry foul, never admit the right wing split or that voters saw through the circus. What’s the cop-out this time, Nige?
The people of Makerfield can take a free personality test today. Simply go into a polling booth and if you find yourself voting Reform UK or Restore Britain, you'll know you're a twat.

On the doors in Makerfield, one concern kept coming up again and again: people believe Nigel Farage is bought by foreign interests. As one voter put it, “Nobody gets £5 million for nothing.”
Whether fair or not, it’s a question many voters are asking: who is he really working for?
People vehemently believe that there are safety nets in place if you become disabled. That no matter what, you have all your needs met. If you believe this, you’re in for a rude awakening if you ever become disabled.
If you’re in your 40s and haven’t had shingles, these findings are both encouraging and frustrating.
For most of my career I’ve studied ways to preserve cognitive function as we age. Seeing evidence that shingles vaccination may reduce dementia risk is remarkable.
It’s also a reminder that prevention matters. Dementia is devastating for individuals, families, and health systems, and we already lack the caregiving capacity needed for the growing number of cases.
What makes these findings especially interesting is that shingles and other latent viruses can reactivate when the immune system is stressed. Researchers have also reported associations between SARS-CoV-2 infection and viral reactivation, as well as increased risks for a variety of neurological outcomes.
Shingrix isn’t a time machine. It can’t undo existing neurological injury or disease processes. But if a relatively simple intervention can meaningfully reduce dementia risk, that’s the kind of preventive medicine we should be paying attention to.
The bigger lesson may be that protecting brain health requires thinking seriously about infection, immunity, aging, and prevention long before symptoms appear.
“Aussie boys are on a bender, Donald Trump is a sex offender.”
Australia is playing against the USA tomorrow, so it will be interesting to see what happens if fans chant this in the stadium.
