I’m so sick of the cynicism in this country... from the anti-American left and the right. I'm also sick of hearing all this shit from the rest of the world.

Since the end of the Cold War, the USA has taken out (or helped take out) authoritarians, terrorists, and other pricks. You're all welcome.

We are the only country consistently killing these nasty snakes and potentially at least giving oppressed people a chance... of course, it doesn't always work out, but overall... again, it is FUCKING AWESOME that we took out or helped take out:

• Uday and Qusay (killed)
• Gaddafi (helped depose)
• bin Laden (killed)
• Soleimani (killed)
• al-Baghdadi (died during U.S. raid)
• al-Zawahiri (killed)

• Khamenei (killed in joint U.S.–Israeli strikes)
• Assad (helped weaken; ultimately deposed)
• Milosevic (helped bring down)
• Noriega (deposed and captured)
• Maduro (deposed and captured)

And this is a very truncated list.

Who else is doing this at anything remotely approaching this scale... all over the world, decade after decade? If you aren't inverted, you realize the USA is the only nation really extirpating evil from the world.

Lebanon as a haven for persecuted Christians in the Middle East—this was the vision of the founder of modern Lebanon, Maronite Patriarch Elias Howayek. He did not speak of a state based on compromise and partnership; rather, he went so far as to propose a population exchange—akin to what was done in the Balkans—to ensure a permanent Christian future in Lebanon. Today, people in Lebanon delude themselves by claiming the state was built on a partnership between Christians and Muslims; this is a massive falsehood that has nearly led to the depletion of the Christian population and their emigration from the country. They should learn from the Jews how to preserve their state, Israel, as a sanctuary for persecuted Jews worldwide and across the Middle East. While they are not perfect either, there are lessons to be learned.
I warn Europeans and Americans not to repeat the mistake Lebanese Christians did. Save your children and future. Act now for massive illegal remigration.

At the same time, there is a clear correlation between Russia’s satellite imagery of these sites and Iranian strikes – both before the attacks, in preparation for them, and afterward, to assess the damage inflicted.

On July 19 and 20 alone, four air bases fell within the area of interest of Russian satellites – two in Bahrain, one in Jordan, and one in Kuwait. The purpose is clear. None of us in the world should turn a blind eye to one very simple fact: evil always seeks ways to make things worse and spread further. Russia must be stopped. This war must be stopped. MY PERSONAL STORY OF HOW WE SURVIVED THE LEBANESE CIVIL WAR

For seven years, I lived in an 8x10 bomb shelter. No electricity. No water. Starvation rations. That's where my childhood went. Stolen by darkness while I was supposed to be growing up.

Muslims became the majority. Checkpoints appeared. Christians disappeared. Palestinian militias and the PLO flooded Lebanon.

My home was bombed and I was buried under the rubble, marked an infidel and left for dead. After 2.5 months in a hospital where they knew I was wanted dead, there was nowhere to go but underground.

Seven years. Concrete walls. Complete darkness. The constant sound of bombs above us. I didn't know if we'd survive the next day.

This is what religious persecution looks like. This is what happens when a majority decides a minority is less than human.

My entire childhood was stolen. But I survived. And I'm still here to tell you what it costs when faith becomes a death sentence.

My town was under siege. No electricity. No water. We crawled out of the bomb shelter to pick dandelions because we had nothing else to eat. The Muslim militias and PLO were closing in. Tomorrow was the attack.

So I dressed in my best Easter dress. I wanted to be pretty when they came to kill us.

My father read Psalms: "I shall walk through the valley of death and I will not fear."

My parents told me: We will create a distraction. You run to the Israeli border. Don't look back.

That's what we were facing. That's what Lebanon became for Christians.

The West watched. No one came.

I survived to tell this story. So many didn't.

In Egypt, Coptic Christians are humiliated and forced to work as garbage collectors.

This story is actually insane. The police picked up a 16 yr old girl that was kidnapped by Omar (the guy Shiloh Hendrix insulted) and his brother at a gas station. They raped her for two days. She was found "sleep-deprived, dehydrated, and had not eaten recently" according to the nurse that examined her.

They found her glasses in their trailer. She identified them perfectly in a lineup.

Then, in the middle of the case, prosecutors discretely dropped charges with no explanation and no oversight. "In the interest of justice," they said.

This was just one month before the Shiloh Hendrix incident. During the Shiloh Hendrix trial, we find out that Omar's son, who is actually 9 even though it was claimed he was 5, already wears a ankle monitor because his father lets him wander off and steal things. As is expected, the father has faced no consequences for this.

In Minnesota, a single word is worse than kidnapping and raping a young girl. Two Somalian men abducted a young, vulnerable girl, then were shielded by the government and faced zero consequences. Personally, I think the charges were dropped to avoid their deportation.

On the flip side, a productive member of society gets probation, a jail sentence, and 200 hours of community service over a single word, with no violence involved in any way.

We can't live like this. We can't live in a country where foreigners are above the law, yet get to twist the law into a weapon against productive American citizens.

If Turkey is now committed to "decolonization," does that mean they will give back the lands taken from the many ethnic and religious minorities who have been victims of Ottoman & Turkish imperialism?

Will the Armenians have their ancient lands restored to them, or receive reparations for the genocide inflicted on them in 1915?

The Kurds given the right of self-determination?

The ancient Greek regions returned?

Will the 1974 Turkish invasion and occupation of Northern Cyprus be reversed?

Will the descendants of Jewish families who fled Kemalist policies of forced assimilation be given compensation?

Will the Hagia Sophia be returned the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate, from whom it was stolen?

Will there be a truth & reconciliation project recognizing the millions of slaves taken & trafficked by the Ottoman Empire, particularly the countless boys kidnapped from Balkan Christian families for forced military service?

Will compensation be given to Christians for the hundred of Churches and monasteries destroyed?

The possibilities for Turkish decolonization are endless.
