So, according to ADOR, all the members violated their contract by participating in NJZ and attending ComplexCon.

So why not terminate ALL their contracts?

HYBE can’t afford to lose NewJeans because if all the members are booted out the company, they can simply continue NJZ and that would not favor ADOR at all.
