@JoeLFGPatsPod Top end speed does not a good receiver make. Efton has consistently shown short area burst and quickness that creates separation. Hes just not a deep threat with the speed to simply run by people. He’s been doing this since preseason last year.
@Savageboston He basically just blamed his teammates. Saying he got pressured and had to throw the ball away. Then says he’s confident in his coaches and scheme. But did not mention being confident in his teammates.
@BellinoZee It’s so frustrating to see that he’s been doing this kind of thing since last year and for some reason they just haven’t given him the opportunities in live game action.
@Savageboston I can’t wait to see how this turns out. Obviously it didn’t work in AZ. He was pretty unanimously labeled a can’t miss pick. Was every “expert” wrong? Or is it just the system/coaching in AZ? I’m leaning towards AZ being the problem and people will wonder why he was ever traded.
@Savageboston Shaky indeed. But against Rousseau? He held him up long enough to not allow a sack. Yes he allowed pressures. But against top pass rushers, I’ll take no sacks all day and count that a decent performance.
@JerseysSports10@MattCouture5 I said I “feel” like he could. Not he “will” so pump the brakes on your own troll train there bud. My stance on Chism hasn’t changed since training camp last year. I see exactly the type of quick & twitchy receiver that has excelled in a McDaniels offense in the past.
@PatsPro_21 Can we call MHJ an impact WR to this point? Hes like the #95th ranked WR this year. 5 catches for 85 yards and 1 TD though 4 games. Just not sure if it’s him, or the offense/QB situation. Worth a flyer, but guessing they’ll ask for more capital then it’s worth
@tkyles39 This is practically mimicking Julian Edelman. Jules just made plays every time he was on the field to the point that the coaching staff couldn’t deny it anymore. Efton is doing the exact same thing.
