IC Clean + Press + Squat 20 rounds in 19:35. Out of the 20 rounds, 14 with 28kg, 2 with 32 kg, and 2 push press with 32 kg. Just adding 4 kg and body can feel it
IC 28kg (Clean + Press Ladders>3 + Squat) 20 rounds in 19:50 min. So it looks like, C+P1+SQ, then C +P2+SQ, then C +P3+SQ. Each one right then left. Had to push press on the right side 2 times during the set.

Today IC (Clean + Press Ladder>3 + Squat) 28kg for 1/1 and 2/2 press, 24kg for 3/3 press in 19:35
