@Better_Lewisham is there a problem with the Better app? I have been trying to book swimming time slots but are being charged for these despite having a membership (Adult UK-Wide Swim) and yes I am being logged in with my details

[Cornelia F. @Co239]

@Better_Lewisham Oh yes sorry. The large pool @ Glassmill Leisure Centre

[Cornelia F. @Co239]

@Better_Lewisham
Can you advise why there aren’t any swimming slots to book via app for weekend 14./15. March 2026? Is there an event or something happening?

[Cornelia F. @Co239]

@Betterhelpers Is there a reason for there not being any Swimming for fitness slots being available at Glass Mill Leisure Centre for Saturday 6 September 2025?

I’m joining Family Rights Group on the #LondonLegalWalk on 18th June to help raise money to support families in need of specialist child welfare advice. Can you help? https://t.co/dy7BfDFZTT

A Sunday that feels like a Saturday after a Saturday that felt like a Sunday is somewhat confusing…

@Better_Lewisham
Glassmill Leisure Centre: The women's changing rooms and shower facilities are a disgrace. There is an issue with flies covering the whole place and showers are evidently not cleaned on a daily basis showing the same stains on consecutive days!!!

[Cornelia F. @Co239]

@Better_Lewisham
I am a regular user of the Glassmill Centre. When it first opened following the lockdown period as well as take over by Better. I was extremely impressed with the hygiene regime and overall cleanliness of the place.This has sadly gone downhill.

@Lord_Sugar @doughbakehouse Such a shame the sausage rolls are not what they used to be …. They look and taste like Greggs ones, which for my liking isn’t a compliment 😬 Every trip to Herne Hill used to involve a visit to Dough for one of those beauties - sadly not anymore 😢

@Blewettj 😡😡😡

@LewishamCouncil Thanks for the above but I am not enquiring about collection dates for a residential address but for the council’s own recycling bank / container in Clarendon Rise SE13. This has been overflowing for considerable time and I am unable to dispose of items needing recycling

[Cornelia F. @Co239]

@LewishamCouncil Could you confirm the collection day for the recycling bank in Clarendon Rise please?

@marksandspencer M&S Lewisham: the shop continuously rearranges the food aisles which results in customers just running around like headless chicken bumping into each other - not helping when trying to shop quickly for essentials whilst adhering to social distancing

[Cornelia F. @Co239]

@marksandspencer M&S Lewisham: rearrangement of aisles has now led to a rather limited beer selection which is all kept in a fridge (including ales, porters & stouts – a disgrace!!!). I really used to love M&S beer selection but may sadly have to look for an alternative now

[Cornelia F. @Co239]

@marksandspencer
M&S Lewisham: there is only one set of small doors accessible on each side of the shop - to be used for entry & exit!!!! How does that fit in with social distancing I wonder
