Erm... did OpenAI just build Clippy*!?

The desktop app notes the following: "Pets give you quick access to ChatGPT. Show and focus your pet by pressing ⌥Space"

In a world where Meta has Muse, and ChatGPT already has Dot, where does this fit in!?

@antonyslumbers Veal is an inevitable result of the way we produce dairy at at scale.

If you want to stop this you have to go dairy free, or buy from local dairies where you know what they do with veal calves, not go vegetarian.

The project is a hyper-focused job-finder tool called https://t.co/fW8bL5iLKx which is aimed at people working in media/editorial/comms/etc. We scour 300+ orgs in media/tech/entertainment/academia/etc and automatically match your skills and desires to open roles (there's a brief questionnaire at signup). For premium subs we auto draft resumes and cover letters based on your writing sample and the job description itself: everything is tailored to the exact role you're applying for. Then, in my mind, you'd edit these docs as you see fit.

In short: it's a gigantic time-saver for one of the most annoying parts of modern life: looking for a job!

It's hyper-focused on media/editorial/etc simply because that's what I'm familiar with.

So... does it work? Well, I've given beta access to a handful of friends over the past few weeks and I'm personally aware of at least five interviews with major companies in that time. We're talking literally the biggest names in media. So, heck yes it works!

Obviously we can't guarantte you'll land a job and we can't guarantee you'll get an interview but for $20-$30 per month you're saving an insane amount of time and potentially landing a cool gig.

Check it out and tell your friends if they're looking for a job in those sectors!

New place, who dis.

Also, I will never get over the fact that in the Netherlands it's somewhat common for the tenant to take the floor with them when they move out.

Our monthly ECA and ERCP calls will pause during August, but we'll keep you posted if any working groups host informal sessions.

See you in September!

What seems more likely:

1. The CEO of Microsoft is using my skill and got the name wrong
2. The CEO of Microsoft is using a skill which a redditor posted on r/ClaudeCode, receiving 2 upvotes
