The most rewarding & challenging thing about working out, for me, is moving all of the low energy emotions (energy-in-motion) out of my body. Anxiety, anger, sadness, disappointment, etc.

I put them aside to lessen their blow in the moment, but it just builds them up to pop off once I decide to start self improving. 😪

To work with myself instead of against, I use it as a progress meter that my mood feels better, not lower, after I put in the work.

Been seeing the Medusa story come up & it got me looking into what lesson/morals it’s focusing on. Research says things like “respect the gods & goddesses” or “never believe yourself to be equal to gods,” etc.

But I don’t see it as a mortals warning, but the gods warning/reminder of how much power is wielded and the consequences that power can put into action when they themselves aren’t practicing responsibility with it. 🐍

Why The Thirteenth’s 13?

13 represents the suppressed power within the divine feminine. Characteristics that were deemed unlucky, adulterated, or destructive for the feminine flow of things, (the Devil’s Dozen). Today, we can understand and shine light on the magnificence of this energy guiding our quests of creation.

So, on the 13th of every month I highlight 13 audio artists from across the world in @Spatial_io. It’s my goal of this event is to showcase a combined 250+ audio and visual artists per year in my virtual lounge. Thanks for reading.
