@NoodleMom1983@DoctorTurtleboy I don't think you've identified witness intimidation so much as your own inability to distinguish between an idiom and an offence And therein lies the problem: witness intimidation is a legal concept, not a label you stick on any interaction that made you feel uncomfortable
@thinkaboutit_p@RealNurseKim@MafiaMasshole In severe situations - especially where there was deliberate concealment, falsifying records, abuse, gross negligence, or participation in wrongdoing and there is enough proof to support this then they can also be criminally liable. Please see Professional Nursing standards
@thinkaboutit_p@RealNurseKim@MafiaMasshole They also have civil liability & in some cases, if their inaction contributed to patient harm, they could potentially be named in a negligence claim.
@thinkaboutit_p@RealNurseKim@MafiaMasshole If a Health Professinal is charged & found guilty of malpractice via a tribunal & another Health Professional was aware of their actions but did nothing, then yes they would face serious repercussions & potentially lose their registration/licence to practice along with their job.
@Amchizzy If someone can humiliate you with your own words, perhaps you should look to yourself and the words you spoke before lashing out at the people who repeated them back to you.
@CandidlyCandy_@Amchizzy She lacks any self awareness so whilst a normal person would be humbled, it is extremely unlikely that she ever will. Honestly she is repugnant & odious in her hypocrisy and self righteousness.
@alexr_241 Helena spoke facts - discussing behaviour that we could all see. Jessy with her vague ‘I don’t trust her and I heard her say some bad stuff about someone at some point in the past once or twice’ I am not even a Lucinda fan, but I can tell a nasty vindictive bitch when I see one.
It’s important that you understand what happened last night.
Last night, Stephen Colbert interviewed Democratic Texas Senate candidate James Talarico, a candidate who, by all accounts, is on track in the polls to flip Texas blue.
In response, Trump’s FCC reportedly threatened CBS if the interview aired.
CBS caved and pulled the segment, citing “financial reasons.”
In modern American history, no president has been more hostile to free speech than Donald Trump.
But censorship always backfires.
Here’s the full segment Trump didn’t want you to see.
@cmaya2805@prxxna Yes yes! Exactly this. It can’t be that they just fancy the other girl more than they do Bile … there has to be a whole plethora of reasons….in her head of course. She is delusional. It is sad just how delusional. Oh and angry. So very angry.
@wal3dahmad@Sarel_x Oh good. I am about to watch it and I couldn’t be arsed as I though they probably wouldn’t am hold them accountable as that is the usual. I will watch it now. Lol.
@Onlygreenthings@alex_brxwnn With that information I suppose it is probably naive to expect that he would see anything at all wrong in his daughter’s recent behaviour or actions.
