Tried explaining this a year ago. However, it fell on deaf ears. Adults typically mess up the kids by being upset with the head coach ⬇️⬇️. Majority of the times when you transfer because of this….you still end up with what you had prior or losing some.

During contact period last year, I watched a coach walk into a high school and talk to three people about a
recruit.

The guidance counselor. A math teacher. A kid in the hallway.

None of them were the head coach. None of them were the recruit.

By the time the coach left, he knew more about that kid's character than any highlight reel could show.

This is happening at schools across the country. Act accordingly.
