Westlake Lions overpowered over Forsyth Central for a 1st round win in the state tournament. The Lions’ pressure defense was too much for the Bulldogs. 2026 wing Ramarcus Bowden was a scoring machine with a 25 pts 7 rebs 3 stls. 2028 Johnquel Garner is very talented player who can finish at the basket scored 13 pts.

Forsyth Central’s 2026 forward Caleb Drummer was a force inside the entire game. He finished with 27pts 10 rebs. 2027 guard Carter Mayes showed his ability to shoot the ball knocking down three 3s and finishing the game with 17 pts.
