Football is the only sport in MA that has an acclimation schedule with 3 days in helmets, 2 days in Uppers then full pads on Day #6 & 1st scrimmage on Day #8. Hockey & Lacrosse start in full gear with no limitations on Day #1 and often scrimmage on the 3rd/4th day of pre-season.

Each team is guaranteed two games each night, on Tuesdays from 5-7pm! There is one Thursday reserved for a rain date make up.

League fee goes directly to facility use, athletic trainer, and officials.

Absolutely. The offseason isn’t just for players to grow, it’s where staffs get sharper, tighter, and more aligned. When coaches have clear standards and shared leadership, the entire program rises. Couldn’t agree more.

1. STAFF CULTURE: raising and clarifying standards for coaches.

2. STAFF LEADERSHIP: training every member of the staff how to lead in alignment with the HC, the culture of the program, and team needs.
