Do you due diligence before you hire a Coach because anyone Tom, Dick, and Harry with an half decent physique can claim to be a Coach in the social media era.
Find a form of physical exercise that you enjoy because when you find a form of physical exercise that you enjoy then you won't have to rely on motivation to stay active.
Ask yourself, did you do everything that your coach asked you to do before you blame your coach for the lack of progress and/or slow progress. In 99.99% cases the answer would be a big NO.
Mentors or Coaches don't have a magic wand. Just because you hired a Mentor or a Coach doesn't necessarily guarantee that you'll succeed especially if you don't put in the work. We can show you the path but you'll to walk on that path.
Don't say, "I don't have time to exercise."That's a lie.
If you can watch a 30-minute Netflix episode everyday then you can take out 30-minutes/day to exercise as well.
The sad fact is that you prioritise entertainment over your health and fitness.
Indecision is costing you more than making a wrong decision.
The amount of time that you've lost/wasted by not making a decision would cost you way more than making a wrong decision.
In fact, making a wrong decision would enable you to figure out what the right decision is.

This is not the first time that I have faced embarrassment due to the unprofessional conduct of an uber driver.
I was charged 81βΉ for a 3.3 kilometre (approximately) ride & the driver refused to turn the AC on because it was a short ride.
