Confidence is very important to being successful. You need players to have confidence. There is no way to do this if you do not believe it yourself. I can assure you that no one is going to believe in you if you do not believe in yourself. Show real confidence in your ability.
Simple Drill to work on post LOS press man coverage. Focus eyes on hips, keep weight down. Match footwork to hip movement. Drive the break.

Tomorrow the GOAL should be, Chop Wood, Carry Water --> Win The Day. Repeat..Repeat..Repeat
Relationship building comes from trust. Work to build trust with people over being fake nice. Do right by people, be consistent, and treat them fairly. Over an extended period of time, you will have great relationships.

In reality “Leverage Wins!” We must define leverage, practice leverage, and then demand it in Dline play.
