@LethalSoccer Everyone's program is at a different spot... scrimmages matter to some programs, they need to treat them like games to move forward.

@LethalSoccer That is what makes teams succesful....ability and willingness to manage it as a coaching staff. HARD rules of missing practice for a big club tournament or needing to leave early for work... you must be willing to compromise. The ISD gives you days off when needed...

@LethalSoccer Player management is top priority no matter how many games you play. Gain experience through your entire squad. Those games at the beginning can help but that don't win it for you in April. You must be aware of practice, school, test, when the hard classes get HARD, recovery etc.
