Looks like Sioux Falls knows a good mascot when they see one...the new Jefferson High School will be the CAVALIERS with Kelly Green and Gold as their colors. Trust us, it works, but we wore it first! https://t.co/wmrqO7GISv

Terrific day at state. All ran well! Noah competed hard, Garrett cut nearly a minute, season best from Halle, CAREER best from Mary, great runs from Anna and Jaidyn. Girls team was 13th, beating two teams from the region that beat us last week. Way to go this season Cavaliers!

[Coach Baustian @CoachBaustian]

It's State Meet day! Wish our Cavaliers good luck as they tackle the course today in Sioux Falls. Great day to do great things!

[Coach Baustian @CoachBaustian]

This is going to be the best Region race ever!
