Long, but DEFINITELY worth a listen: #Mizzou receiver Logan Muckey was an OBVIOUS pick for one of the team captains this year.

In April, he was diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer: "It was a shocker."
The former walk-on has since beaten that cancer and is now not taking any moment for granted.

He explained what it means to be a team captain, before going into his diagnosis ⤵️

Bass III is a 6’2 ( 185 LBS ) Safety out of East St. Louis, IL. He ranks as a Rivals Top 100 recruit ranking 97th in the nation, 5th in Illinois and the 9th safety in 2025. Only 10 days into July Mizzou already has 5 commits, 4 of them being Rivals Top 100 recruits.
