This sums up playing time perfectly. Players think... "play me and I'll show you."
Coaches think.. "show me & then I'll play you.”
Coaches evaluate practice every day. That's your "show time."
Be consistent & execute all the little things. Make plays, barrel balls, throw accurately. Run bases…Etc…
Demonstrate daily you are the best option to help the team win.
Goal….Be so good that you are the first name penciled in the line-up each game.

Treat everyone with the same respect. That lower level coach you just blew off could be at your dream school next year. Be grateful that any coach reaches out. A lot of players would love to be in your shoes. Talent is one thing, but a humble athlete with character is next level!
