CREATING A VISION
When you create and install a vision into a program, the key question is simple:
Do they believe that you believe?
The magic happens when your team believes that you believe—because once they sense that, they might start believing too.
Too often, people won’t believe it until they believe that you believe it.
Belief can’t be taught; it must be caught.
That’s why the person delivering the vision must be all in.
Your conviction becomes contagious. Your passion paints the picture.
Building a vision is about painting a picture of the future—one that’s so clear, people can see themselves in it.
You have to see it before you can achieve it, and you have to believe it’s possible before you can do it.
Everything starts with a vision and belief!
#Leadership #Vision #Belief #Culture #Mindset #NeverStopGettingBetter
🔥 Never Stop Getting Better isn’t a slogan.
It’s a mindset. A daily decision. A way of life.
You don’t wait for the perfect moment.
You build in the quiet ones.
You grow when no one’s watching.
You win by choosing to show up—every single day.
Today is another opportunity to:
✅ Stack habits
✅ Sharpen your mindset
✅ Serve your team
✅ Get just 1% better
Excellence doesn’t happen by accident.
It’s built—brick by brick.
Let’s go to work.
Let’s lead.
Let’s keep getting better.

Great teams don’t rise to the occasion.
They fall back on their habits.
The ones built in the quiet.
In the boring reps.
In the everyday grind.
That’s how elite instincts are formed.
Not through hype.
But through consistency.
Train it. Repeat it. Trust it.
It’s the second half of the season…who wins championships?
1) Talent…At least average
2) Details…The coaches and players who don’t get bored with doing the details daily
3) The most excited teams to play on Friday night…Being excited to play is worth a minimal of 8 points
4) Healthy…Coaches smart enough not to beat up their teams in practice for the sake of their ego
5) Coaches and players who stay in the moment and “where their feet are”…instead of already planning their college life as a player and career move as a coach
6) Teams that genuinely care about each other and respect each other…
7) Coaches who ask the “right questions” about players and assistant coaches lives and what they need
8) Coaches who adjust… this team isn’t the same one you started August with
9) Coaches willing to take risk to win against a team 20 points better ( 4th and inches on their on 29 yard line in the first quarter and they run QB throwback for 71 yard TD)
10) Coaches and players who respect and treat the bus driver, the assistant trainers, the water carriers, the administrative assistants, the student managers, and their opponents with respect, admiration and gratitude
Winning championships take talent…But talent alone won’t win them
I’m truly grateful, humbled and honored to receive The Broyles Award. As I’ve studied more about the man he was I’m blown away to have my name mentioned alongside his and the other award winners! I hope this experience brings more glory to God and more success to my players!
