All they have to do is make player wrap up to tackle. That will stop all the head spearin. It hard to lead with your head and wrap your arms around a player.

I get targeting but can we please do away with ejecting them? Maybe treat them like other unsportsmanlike conduct penalties and get ejected after 2? Especially when they aren’t consistent with their rulings (even with replay).
