Almost a year later, and @FlipGive still works for us. It’s never too late to join our team. Let the brands and retailers you already shop show YOUR support for CBMS Cheerleaders today!
A good player-coach relationship is built on trust. As a coach, you earn your players’ trust by helping them improve and showing that you truly care about them. And as a player, you earn your coach’s trust by giving your best effort and being coachable.
Five attitudes that help you succeed as an athlete and a person:
1. I can improve if I work hard.
2. I need help from others.
3. I have a purpose in life.
4. I am more than an athlete.
5. I am a part of something greater than myself.
Take pride in your mental toughness. Show others how mentally strong you are by staying positive and giving your best effort no matter what adversity you’re faced with!

Ten things mentally tough athletes don’t do in games:
1. Make excuses
2. Complain
3. Give up
4. Get distracted
5. Lose their temper
6. Panic
7. Dwell on mistakes
8. Get complacent
9. Stay in their comfort zone
10. Play selfishly
If you think you don’t need to improve your attitude, then you probably need to improve your attitude. Don’t let your ego get in the way of your growth. No matter how good you are, there’s always room for improvement.
Found this in my box, today. Didn’t even know it was a thing! 🤷♀️ It’s amazing how such little things can brighten up your day. Thanks, CBMS Gratitude Group! #SubstituteEducatorsDay#gratitude#middleschool
@CLoweryAP 1) always do what’s best for kids. 2) Treat teachers like the professionals they are. 3) Families are your allies. ❤️ 4) Remember that you don’t have to know everything about everything. Just make sure you know who to ask when you don’t know 😉
