Marcus Boyd | 2028 | 6’3 Guard
99OVR
Boyd earned All-Session II 1st Team honors with efficient scoring and steady creation for 99OVR. He plays with real burst off the dribble, using his athleticism and body control to pressure the rim while still having the shot-making to score from the mid-range and beyond the arc. As a playmaker, he showed the handle and vision to organize possessions and create advantages. Defensively, his physical tools allow him to guard the ball and disrupt plays on the perimeter.

Love seeing the roots of hard work start to bloom 🌱🏀
Kendyl Boyd and Zoe Crabtree have been gym babies from the start. Always watching, learning, and soaking it all in while being right beside their moms every step of the way. Now the work is showing and the recognition is following. Trust us… these two are coming 💫

10 players that caught my 🤓 @SelectEventsBB Clash Of The Clubs‼️
1. 2028 Sutton Villa
@suttonvillabasketball (Instagram)
E5 Select P24 | @E5Select
The current @SCNext #8 showed elite size and mobility with a soft touch. Has to continue to grow in terms of burying defenders in the post on the offensive end. Villa’s helpside defensive instincts as a rim protector are super elite. I believe that if Sutton’s upside is reached, she could be in the #1 pick conversation in the WNBA draft down the line.
2. 2028 Easton McCollough
@E_McCollough4
AAO Flight P24 | @FlightAAOGBB
MCCollough is a shotmaker deluxe and in the convo as the best pure shooter in the country regardless of class. McCollough had some first game struggles, but more than made up for it in game #2 along with having many elite level college coaches buzzing with her performance throughout the weekend.
3. 2027 Janiyah Weaver
Bounce Nation Jay E40 | @Bouncenation_J
This was my first time seeing Weaver. A legit 6’5+, Weaver showed the ability to push the ball off of defensive boards along with an array of shotmaking and finishing.
Has some Sa’Myah Smith type elements in her. One to get eyes on ASAP.
4. 2027 Ze’Ni Patterson
@ZeniPatterson
Jason Kidd Select P24 | @JKSelectGbb
On a loaded squad incuding 2027 @OhioStateWBB commit Myella Chapman, 2028s Amel Cook (mins restriction), Maliya Hunter, D’Arrah Mitchell and on and on it goes - Patterson played exceptionally well making multiple shots, attacking the rim and making multiple defensive plays. Def a stock-riser in the class.
5. 2027 Melina Snoozy
@MelinaSnoozy1
Sanford Sports P24 | @ssahoopsteams@CycloneWBB commit
Snoozy is a skilled and versatile offensive threat with the ability to hit shots on any level. A very composed ball-handler and passer, Snoozy is th complete offensive package. Her strong frame allows for a physical defensive style and for her to be an excellent rebounder from the perimeter.
6. 2028 Jayla Lackey
@JaylaLackey40
Maurice Lucas Enforcers P24 | @MLOREGONCITY
On a loaded ML3 team including 2028 super recruit Love Best, Lackey is a steady 6’3 post presence. Physical with a soft touch, I have long been a fan of the lefty Lackey’s consistency. Embraces being a physical post on both ends and will be very highly coveted.
7. 2028 Jaeda Ramnanan
@jaedaramnanan
Jason Kidd Select South P24 | @TeamKiddTexas
A bully bodied shotmaker with easy deep range. Ramnanan has a Bella Flemings type feel to her game and I suspect will skyrocket in terms of recruitment this spring and summer.
8. 2027 Kaylor Buse
@kaylorbuse
NW Select P24 | @NWSelect
Buse is a strong framed scorer. Getting downhill to the rim with a mid-range pull-up game and easy 3-ball stroke to match. Buse has a calming presence as a ball-handler is an excellent decision maker off the bounce. A super competitive and strong bodied defender, Buse will see her recruitment continue to sky rocket this summer.
9. 2028 Brooklyn Miles
@BrooklynMiles05
Tulsa JYD Crimson Gold S40 | @JYDBasketball
The ultimate playmaker with a relentless attitude on both ends. Miles plays with her hair on fire. Skilled playmaker and shotmaker, Miles will be very hotly recruited.
10. 2030 Trinity Boyd
@Trinityroseboyd
Jason Kidd Select South P24 | @TeamKiddTexas
Super young and poised beyond her years, Boyd has all the answers on both ends. Looks to be amongst the very best young lead guards in the country.
Mavericks coach Jason Kidd meets players from True Texas Hoops and announces that he is launching Jason Kidd Select South, a North Texas-based youth program for female athletes.

#GASO Fall Tour | DFW 2️⃣
@Marcus_Boyd11 showed some high level scoring traits today for @GracePrep_Hoops.
Got to his spots with ease and plays with exceptional balance to his game.
🎥 @shotbyrochaa
Trinity is back—and she’s only getting better. Now holding Division I offers from Baylor, Texas A&M, Montana State, Cal State Northridge, George Mason, and NAU, she continues to set the standard.
A shifty, composed floor general who controls the game on both ends—creating shots, finishing through contact, and locking up defensively.
Excited to see her lead our 16U Power 24 squad under Coach Casey Boyd!
#TTHP24 #Classof2030 #staytrueplaytrue🔵⚪️
Class of 2030 (True Texas Hoops) Trinity Boyd is one of the TOP players in the country holding offers from Baylor, Texas A&M and more. Trinity is a force in open court, extremely intelligent, knocks down jumpers off the bounce, athletic, gets others involved & dynamic defender.
