Parents want you coaches to be honest with their kids and them for that fact.

All of a sudden January 1 hits and they “ don’t want anyone knowing but we are looking to move next season”

Adults, just go to the coach and tell them. They may be able to help you. Instead of them finding out from their friend who coaches the team you want your kid to go to.

The hockey world is minuscule. If you fear the coach will “ screw your kid for looking around” you’re playing for the wrong guy to begin with

At the same time youth coaches .. You want honesty , practice honesty.
