I judge coaches who stop coaching based on the score.

Coaches that are still coaching when they are down by 20+impress me the most.

If I expect my kids to never quit, I should never quit.

Why has player accountability become so dangerous for coaches?

If a coach says you can do better or be better that’s a compliment and they care about you deeply.
