To the College Transfers that are transferring due to playing time, 🚨
If you’re not playing, it’s probably because you’re not good enough to play.
Why do you think you’re not playing ..
“Politics”
“My coach doesn’t like me”
“My coach only plays favorites”
“I’m a freshman”
“They like internationals”
In reality, here’s why you’re not playing ..
•Someone is BETTER than you
•You’re not consistent in practice
•You have an excuse for everything
•You aren’t coachable
•You aren’t proving your value everyday in practice
•Too slow
•Too short
•Not technical enough
•Not tactical enough
•Not physical enough
Players and PARENTS….truly evaluate yourself or child before you make excuses!

Women’s Soccer Transfer Opportunity If you’re exploring the JUCO route to compete, develop, and prove yourself, we are recruiting attacking players.
We are a possession-based program competing in the strongest junior college conference in the nation! DM if interested!
Recruiting myths:
🚫Thinking because you’re an underclassman, you got time.
✅ The Recruiting Process Starts Early! Especially on the girls side, it starts really early. Like 9th grade early. The truth, you need to start your recruiting process early.

Over on our FB groups, we have roughly 30,000 parents asking questions & getting answers
Here’s one that pops up weekly:
ARE COLLEGE ⚽️ ID CAMPS JUST MONEY MAKERS?
YES
They do make money
And for the semi-average kid (80% of the kids out there) most chase the wrong Schools for their ability!
And so yes, they are just donating money to the program
but…
For an IMPACT player who just needs to be seen?
Camps are a tremendous value!
The problem?
Too many players over-estimate their abilities based on how they perform within their team
Want to save a ton of 💰 & time?
Get a proper evaluation from an expert BEFORE you go to any ID Camp

When a Power 4 program has 7 out of 8 players in their 2024 class enter the #TransferPortal it definitely catches our eye. So important for players to check rosters and turnover and @PlayCollegeSoc has all the data if you don't want to spend the time researching.
The value of competing in sport is not in winning, losing, earning a scholarship or getting to play in college or professionally. The value of sport is in the development of discipline, grit, facing adversity, habits and a growth mindset. Use the game; don’t let the game use you!
SOMETHING I’VE NOTICED
I’ve been involved in #collegesoccer for 30+ years
There are coaches that are bitter, miserable people
They talk bad about other coaches
They root against coaches
They negative recruit
They cut corners & bend rules
(BTW - they also tend to have losing records & higher turnover rates)
Those coaches tend to hang around each other
Befriend each other, gossip about others, make fun of others, try to harm others careers & share their bitter cup of not nice
Then there are the coaches who help raise other peoples children with the same love & attention they would want for their own
They go the extra mile to stay on top of the latest ⚽️ developments
They value the players as a whole person
They cheer on their fellow coaches not just ⚽️, but in their careers & lives too
They are great human beings who love what they do
They couldn’t imagine a life of not helping kids & their families take that big step into adulthood & making it a little less scary
Most of us want the 2nd type of coach, a transformational coach Vs that 1st transactional coach

Just ask!
