The amount of recruiting athletes from one high school to another is off the charts. It’s pretty obvious who the imposter schools and rosters are.

How about you build your program from the athletes in your building, already on your campus.

“Recruit” those kids.

Walk the halls, get to know their story, let them know they are wanted. Create a fun and positive culture, something they want to be a part of.

Then you will have proved you are a great coach. Someone who knows how to build a championship culture.

Anyone can borrow money to buy a fancy car or watch. It doesn’t mean you are rich.
