One year ago today I lost my best friend. Proud of the year I’ve had putting myself back together, but I know he’s guided me every second of every day. His passing led me to some opportunities I would have never pursued, that changed my life. I know he’s proud of me.

First sign of a good transition team is one who gets hit aheads just as much if not more to the weak side than the strong side. A lot of good athletes playing right now - not a lot of good transition teams.

Decision making on dribble penetration is the most important yet the least focused on skill in grassroots basketball. Even high level kids on high level teams making consistently bad decisions at the second level of defenses. Points per advantage should be a stat coaches track.
