27’ OL Damien Myers w/ 600 and 29’ Slot/ RB Jojo Bowens w/ 405. When you have 5 OL put up 450+, an H push 400+, and a QB and 2 RBs who put up between 400-450lbs it was a good day.

We ran out of weight this morning for “Squat ME Thursday”. Two things:
1- Our guys have gotten a lot stronger over the last year.
2- This program has definitely outgrown our current facilities and equipment.

This new weight room and fieldhouse can’t get built fast enough.

End of summer camp week one and the Patriots averaged over 200 campers a day, roughly a 300% increase over last year. We also averaged 8 high school and 4 middle school coaches up here working, an improvement over last summer that can’t be quantified. We can DO HARD THINGS!

220 Campers today for Strength and Speed camp. Coaches stayed after for coaches workout. All of us are capable of Doing Hard Things!

Good opening weekend to summer for my boys! Brooks threw a No Hitter, played great behind the plate, and went 5 for 7 hitting with 2 walks and a HBP!
Chance had some good golf action and finished today with a good showing at the @SMUFB camp! Ready for strength camp tomorrow!

LONG day at the golf course today for @chance_pearce_2!
Drove over an hour, There for 12 hours, 36 holes played, and 2 rounds completed! Another top 20 finish and getting ramped up for bigger tournaments later this summer! Football camps and strength camp start next week too!
