Hey @LSUsoftball @OU_Softball @TexasSoftball @ASUSoftball @UCLASoftball I’m not hard to find. Find me and I’ll tell you all about my God Daughter. I don’t know a lot… but I know a bit about talent and recruiting. Don’t miss, she’ll be an early commitment somewhere.

[Derek Ross @CoachDerek24]

@tlcwiggins12 @CoachWiggins12 Happy Birthday Stud!!!!

[Derek Ross @CoachDerek24]

@GarciaJadah33 Keep working hard Jadah, you will be back before you know it. Can’t wait to see you run across that Diamond again.

[Jadah Garcia @GarciaJadah33]

This is my people, this is my tribe!
They are my reason to keep my head up,even I am very aware of my inability to help in any way as much as I want to. This injury has opened my eyes to put things in perspective.I have so much to do when I am out of this brace. I miss softball.

[Driveline Baseball @DrivelineBB]

Efficient arm path and movements don't matter if the trunk pulls you out of them too early/at the wrong time.

Both these athletes create the same amount of "scap load", but at very different times and with very different trunk positions

Trunk angle:
Red: >50 deg
Green: <10 deg

[Derek Ross @CoachDerek24]

@sanjacgator43 Unbelievable, lack of respect for the University and the game. I’m sure that game was televised as well as fans sitting near by, you can’t possibly think nobody would see that.

[Mackenzie Ross 2027 @macklynnross24]

Staying relaxed at the plate and having some fun at the triple crown bombers shootout!💣 @TCSFastpitch @TFLfastpitch @ExtraInningSB @BlazeSETX09

[Derek Ross @CoachDerek24]

@sanjacgator43 Your work ethic and my swing, what a combo🤣

[Derek Ross @CoachDerek24]

Keep Chasing it Mackenzie.

[Mackenzie Ross 2027 @macklynnross24]

Got my 1% last night, one percent better everyday, I may never reach it but I’ll always chase that 1%!
