Not many players/parents/friends understand this. Due to this lack of understanding, youth coaches leverage getting non-commit-able offers to attract other players to their team w/ the lure of “you, too, can get an offer if you join our team”. Those coaches should be penalized!

Sunday @FlyFrontier left 38 kids & 20 adults in my group STRANDED in KY by canceling our flight. Their next flight out was Tues but only offered a 1-night hotel voucher. Parents scrambled to get nxt day tix not to miss work/school. They said 30 to get refund and reimbursement 😡

This is the 2nd time in 12 months. Last April @FlyFrontier left my group of 41 got stranded in AL and we had to rent 4 vehicles to drive 11 hours to get everyone back to FL so parents could get to work.

That is UNACCEPTABLE. No explanation was given. Desk personnel was polite but not helpful. It is still baffling to only give a 1-day hotel voucher while wait TWO DAYS for your make-up flight. Is the cost savings to fly @FlyFrontier actually worth the headache???
