Parents/Players: Quit worrying about national/state rankings. Go out and work hard everyday and let your game do the talking. Eventually you’ll run into the guy ahead of you or behind you. Just be prepared when the opportunity presents itself!
Highlights from the last game at Puma tournament in Tulsa, Oklahoma of Caden Etscorn. A 6,2 combo guard from Louisville Kentucky. 4/6 from three. And aggressive finishes inside the paint.

The reality of youth basketball is, it’s expensive/hyper-competitive/plagued by intense parent pressure, focused on "winning now" instead of long-term development. Early-maturing and holdbacks, usually dominate early, but the late bloomers often develop better long-term skills.
That’s why we’re the laughing stock of the country. No 3SSB/EYBL/UAA because of it. In state media outlets promoting kids that aren’t that good(good ol’ boy 💩) In state universities giving scholarships to the wrong in-state kids/not offering the ones good enough. Real bad look!
High School players who aspire to play in college please Attend college basketball games.
If you think you’re too good for D3 then go to open gym your first ten minutes will change.
