As soon as they’re able to in December the Sixers also badly need to upgrade that back up 5 spot. Real upset not having Hukporti just to see what it looks like. But eventually getting Barlow back will help a little though an upgrade is still needed

I’d like to see LeBron get more involved in games like this.

1. Don’t love him as the screener. Think it’d be better if they invert those and have Maxey screen for him.

2. When he does screen, he needs to roll quicker and put pressure on the rim. Was too easy to hedge tonight

Rebounding will be this teams Achilles heel.

The concerns about Jaylen Brown showed tonight. Plays a lot of 1 on 1 and it’s great when it works, ugly when it doesn’t. Will need to learn when we need that from him and when we don’t.

Sixers also need to find ways to create advantages better. Pistons blew up the ball screens for most of the night. Obviously harder to create them without Embiid, but it still needs done

Not a foreign concept, but can sometimes crowd drives depending on where those players are located. Like on that Dean Wade drive. Feel like LeBron got lucky with that foul call as his cut allowed Reed to cover both of them. A Clyde cut would’ve been more effective there

Seems the Sixers determine who cuts on drive based on who they consider shooters and non shooters. I’ve noticed LeBron and VJ will weak side cut on drives while others hold space.
