🚨 Sources around Birmingham have indicated that certain head coaches (including some who are reportedly on the Task Force) have enlisted their own players in an attempt to entrap coaches at other schools.

The process, as described to me by three separate sources, works like this: The player, at the request of his head coach, contacts select schools around the area, steers the conversation by providing the questions to be asked during the call, and records the conversation.

The head coach then takes that recording and runs it up the chain within their district. From there, it is sent to the alleged “offender’s” school district for their review.

This has already reportedly cost one assistant coach his job. Another coach did not take the bait after the attempt was made earlier this spring.

Lesson of the day: Assume you are being recorded at all times.
