@hayliemac8 Me too. And I bet every NPF player would be happy just to make a livable wage let alone 9 figures... Everyone is so eager to explain revenue/viewership to you but the plain fact is you put in the same hard work (probably more) and do the same damn job.

As a woman in professional sport, I have to think about how long I will be able to play before having to pursue a job that provides a livable wage. This discrepancy makes me SICK to my stomach. There are pro softball players that are this good in our sport. Women deserve more

Players: You better really love the process. The average D1 player spends 3,000 hours on their game in 4 years. Only 4% of that is actual game play! College level ball isn’t for the weak. You need mental & physical stamina, toughness, & a willingness to work. Are you that player?
