Father God, thank you for the opportunity to lead beyond the surface to develop hearts not just habits. Teach me to invest in others with intentionality, to see beyond performance and into purpose. Help me raise up leaders who carry vision, character, and conviction long after I’m gone. Let my words, my work, and my witness leave an echo that multiplies. Give me wisdom to structure the process, grace to step back, and encourage to trust those I’m building. Lord, make me a builder of builders. #Amen #TheInsideGame #BigDawg
