@declanoscanlon Grok thinks annual increases of $1,000-$2000 are minimal, that’s an interesting footnote for the middle class that is fleeing our county since they can’t keep up.Maybe the issue is with the assessments. My neighbor listed for less than my house is assessed for and couldn’t sell🤔

Big shoutout to my fellow Republicans of Middletown and Monmouth County, just received our property taxes for next year, another huge increase. Everyone in town loves the yearly assessments that put our home assessments higher than those in Marlboro and Holmdel 👏👏👏👏👏

@skumWgmi Middletown NJ is proficient in taxing unrealized gains year after year 💪. Our class sizes get bigger, streets go unpaved, consistent power outages, flooding, excessive traffic due to overbuilding. We pay more and get less every year .
