For nearly 40 years, I built teams for a living.
For the last six, I’ve represented Alabama in the United States Senate.
Both jobs taught me the same thing. You win by getting the basics right.
Check out my game plan for Alabama. https://t.co/RdSzlpOQMa
Great to be with GOP groups from across the River Region last night.
We talked about our winning game plan. It’s all about getting back to the basics.
We will bring jobs home to Alabama, make life and health care more affordable, improve education and infrastructure, clean up crime, lower taxes, and eliminate waste in Montgomery.
I have long said that Social Security is a SCAM as it is about five years from going bankrupt. Most politicians are too scared to talk about it…but I’ve never been afraid of speaking the truth. If the government allowed people to invest the money they are forced to pay into Social Security in the stock market instead, they’d have 10x the returns.
Starting in 2026, Social Security Administration raises full retirement age to 67 for everyone born after 1960
Americans must work longer because Congress keeps spending our Social Security
Senator Tommy Tuberville CONFIRMS they spend our Social Security, “It’s all a scam — what happens, it comes up here, we spend it”
“This is all a scam. I mean, we got people that's getting ready to retire that's gonna try to live off $2k-$3k, Impossible. It's impossible. Because what happens, it comes up here, we spend it.“
“In this body, we had better start figuring that out because we're gonna have a run from this city here soon, and there's gonna be about a 150 million people coming up here saying, where's our damn money that we paid in?”
🇺🇸YOU’RE INVITED!🇺🇸

Good to be at the @AL_League yesterday in Mobile.
We are going to clean up Montgomery, improve our roads and schools, and bring more jobs and prosperity to Alabama than ever before.
During a hearing in December 2024, I pressed Biden’s FDA officials about why Red Dye 40 was still allowed in many of our food products when it has been PROVEN to be cancerous. A few months later, when the Trump administration took over, they banned Red Dye 40. MAKE AMERICA HEALTHY AGAIN.
The FDA just had to admit that they haven’t studied the artificial food dye Red 40 in “over a decade.”
Sen. Tommy Tuberville: “The FDA has a position that food colorings like Red 40 are safe for our kids … Do both of you stand behind that?”
FDA chief Dr. Califf dodges the question: “I’m gonna refer that to Mr. Jones.”
Jim Jones: “We have not evaluated Red 40 in over a decade.”
Tuberville: “Why?”
Jones: “At FDA, we have not evaluated the safety of Red 40 in over a decade. Over a decade ago, that was the conclusion that FDA made.”
Tuberville: “Red 3 has been known to cause cancer in cosmetics, but we still allow it to be put in our food. I don’t understand that.”
Jones: “Red 3, we have a petition in front of us to revoke the authorization for it, and we are hopeful that within the next few weeks, we will be acting on that petition.”
Packed house in Mobile last night🇺🇸 Alabama understands that we are in a fight for the soul of this country as Socialist Democrats want to destroy our Constitution and our Christian values.
We all know Obamacare completely destroyed our healthcare system. In Alabama, countless rural hospitals have been forced to close. That’s why @senkatiebritt and I fought so hard to make sure nearly $500 MILLION in funding from the One Big Beautiful Bill will be going to support our rural health care providers. https://t.co/9jPhOXuwIF
Blue Origin’s rocket engine manufacturing facility plays a big part in propelling U.S. space exploration forward and is helping take the Rocket City to new heights.
Countless Alabamians work more than 40 hours a week at their jobs. They shouldn’t be punished with higher taxes for working longer hours. That’s why I worked to get NO TAX ON OVERTIME signed into law as part of the Working Family Tax Cuts. https://t.co/YzfuhJEsAS
U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) marked tax day Wednesday by highlighting the no tax on overtime provision he helped shepherd into law, saying more than 25 million Americans have already filed for the exemption.
Speaking on a press call with reporters, Tuberville pointed to IRS data showing the average tax refund is already 11 percent higher than last year, crediting the working families tax cuts included in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which President Trump signed into law on July 4, 2025.
“No one likes to pay taxes, but thanks to President Trump’s working families tax cuts, Alabamians are getting to keep more of their hard earned money right now,” Tuberville said.
@SenTuberville co-introduced the Overtime Wages Tax Relief Act in May 2025 alongside Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS), which was ultimately folded into the One Big Beautiful Bill. The provision creates a tax deduction on overtime wages of up to $10,000 for individuals and $20,000 for married couples, targeting middle and lower income workers. The deduction phases out for individuals earning above $100,000 and married couples earning above $200,000.

Ever since I set foot in the Senate, I’ve been working to get the new Mobile Bridge built. It took lots of visits to the Oval Office, but the project is finally moving forward. https://t.co/YWwLTvJayD
In my first Defense Authorization bill back in 2022, I was able to secure the initial funding for new barracks to be built for Fort Rucker. Four years later, they are finally open.

You do realize Democrats had 136 years of control over the state Legislature. Why didn’t they cut the grocery tax then? Instead, they left the state BILLIONS in debt and voted to give themselves pay raises during the 2008 financial crisis while Alabamians were suffering.
We cut the grocery tax in half last quadrennium and delivered over $1.5B in tax relief. We’ve been able to do that while fixing the education system your buddies broke and building the strongest economy in our state’s history. The same delusional leadership you brought to your brief stint in the U.S. Senate is showing in a big way right now. Can’t wait for Coach to send you packing… again.

Every Alabamian deserves access to safe water and wastewater, regardless of their zip code. NO ONE in our rural communities should be left behind. My amendment to the 2026 Rural Development budget secured $1.5 million for the construction and updating of decentralized wastewater systems. https://t.co/JMKtfw6aDr
