“WEDNESDAY WISD🏀M”….
Monday we had the chance to scrimmage Drexel who is coached by one of my all-time favorite players @DUtwindragons. (Amy Mallon) Also I saw my college coach who I loved playing for and taught me to care about your players. His 2 sons (Stephen and Michael) are on Amys staff. Coaching for me is about relationships…..the rules are changing but that will always be #1 for me!😊

[Coach Gaitley @Coachgaitley]

Don’t ever forget to celebrate the “little things” and always be sure to have the ability to laugh at yourself!
Our assistant @_nickiecarter tripped over a ball so as a joke we gave her a helmet. We also celebrated her with a pinata and by the looks of things she can hang with the best of them🤩💪🏼

[Coach Gaitley @Coachgaitley]

[Jaden Daly @DalyDoseOfHoops]

“This is the best the defense has been during the summer and fall.”

As @FDUKnightsWBB ramps up another championship defense, the attention to detail becomes sharper and more meticulous.

@Coachgaitley spoke to @rfloriani about it this week: https://t.co/GgzZtYdNTk #uKnighted
