I have waited 70 days for refund. From @KLM:Upon checking with my colleagues from the refunds department, the request status was approved due to robot error, refund is not processed. The tickets are still open for use. Therefore, a refund requests needs to be submitted again.

@KLM It has been over 60 days that i have been waiting for my refund. I will wait until Monday next week. If the money is not in my account I will ask Kronofogden (debt collector) to recover my money. KLM will have to pay their fees.

@KLM @ECC_web I have sent @_KLM3 several messages. All they say is wait for 60 days....despite the rule being 7 days. Should I be entitled to my refund plus interest?

@KLM still not got my refund. Been waiting since the 25th July. The ECC states that all compensation should be received within 6 weeks. Please investigate.
