@BlaineMcKenna77 Maybe use progressive challenges? For example, if you want the players to keep the ball for a long period of time you could set a challenge of 5 passes as a team before a shot in goal and if they achieve this you can raise the amount of passes to 7/8 in the second half

The pass takes out a player with defensive momentum which can take them out of the attack completely or result in a foul
The pass to D will force a closed body shape from defenders which will allow forward runs to be missed or not tracked if played at pace.
