Atlanta native played 14 games with the Yellow Jackets as a freshman.

🚨 Bryant lands a commitment from Georgia Tech transfer, Eric Chatfield Jr.

Chatfield appeared in 14 games, incl. one start against Notre Dame as a freshman.

Chatfield was a 3-star recruit out of Pace Academy in Atlanta. Speed & quickness w. huge upside is headed to Smithfield.

Bryant is expected to hire Jamion Christian as its next coach, replacing Phil Martelli Jr., a source told @TheFieldOf68.

The deal was finalized late last night.

Christian, 42, has been a head coach at Mount St. Mary’s, Siena and George Washington. He most recently coached in Italy.
