🆕 New research! Using a Technavance Knee Extension Ergometer, Ghitter et al. found that sex differences in small-muscle endurance disappeared when quadriceps size was accounted for 💪

Congrats to these AHS students for earning their FAA Part 107 Remote (Drone) Pilot License.

They can now legally fly drones commercially which will prepare them for work based learning opportunities.

It was a privilege to be recognized as Wyatt's most influential teacher and to have been part of his journey. He is an outstanding student, pinned more guys than any kid that I've coached, and is a heck of a baseball player. Can't wait to watch him continue to succeed!
