BREAKING:
Ohio State has set an NFL Draft record for most players selected in the top 11 picks who have a losing record to Michigan
Congrats @ryandaytime
Ohio State with four players drafted in the top 11?? Damn. You can see why the Buckeyes won four straight Big Ten titles and four straight national titles.
MSU has been a preseason top-5 team three times in the past 10 years. The Spartans' deepest run those seasons was a 2nd round loss in the NCAA Tournament.
MSU has been a preseason top-15 team six times the last 10 years. It has one run beyond the second round those six seasons.
Dan Hurley on the officiating 👀
“It’s hard to ref that game. We both played so hard… If I could have those three guys ref every game the rest of my career, I would sleep well at night.”
Ohio St has been ranked No. 1 or No. 2 the final week of the reg. season for 5 straight years.
Not a single B1G title to show for it. Multiple losses in all 5 seasons. Had the CFP not expanded last season, we’d be looking at these five years as a generational extended choke job.
Just in: Denver Nuggets' Nikola Jokic has been diagnosed with a hyperextension in his left knee and will miss at least four weeks. An immense sigh of relief as tests show the three-time NBA MVP's knee ligaments are intact.
Fun fact: Despite not having coached against the Wolverines since Year 1 of the Jim
Harbaugh Era, Kyle Whittingham has more career wins over Michigan than Ryan Day.
A few top-of-mind quick thoughts on potential next steps:
- Go Sooners!
- Penn State annoyingly backing into Matt Campbell is now infinitely more annoying
- Non-connected coaching option that would excite me the most is Kenny Dillingham
These are also not similar blown calls, btw. Ohio State got 7 points. Should have had none based on clear replay review. Ohio State got the first and goal on the penalty call, ref was lenient on full punishment. One call hugely impacted the game, the other didn’t.
He clearly doesn’t have control and crosses the line with his foot out of bounds. They reviewed it. Watch it close. I didn’t see it live. Don’t know how this TD stood:
