Its a big decision at 18 and doesnt always work out. This gives them the chance to reset w/out sitting out a year

The 4-wheeler has great inside out leaverage on the ball carrier using the sideline to his advantage but he gets a little too infront of the ball carrier and doesnt wrap up.
